     和好友去 Tiger City 看了 "打不倒的勇者"這部電影

     一開始我們想看忠犬小八      可是 Tiger City 沒有放映

     不然就是得跑到德安去看      不過德安離我們比較遠

     於是改看 Invictus "打不倒的勇者"

     由 Morgan Freeman 和 Matt Damon 主演

     Morgan Freeman   演技精湛      是飾演曼德拉總統的不二人選

     ( 他的另一部作品 "一路玩到掛" 我也強烈推薦喔! )

     Matt Damon我也滿欣賞的      而且還是那麼帥

     字典裡找不到 invictus 這個字

     invictus 源自於19世紀的英國詩人 William Ernest Henley

     invictus在拉丁文中是 "永不倒下,不屈不撓"之意

     這位詩人在他12歲時罹患結核病  

     後來其中一隻腳必須截肢以保性命

     1875年他在醫院寫下 invictus 這首詩

      Out of the night that covers me,
      Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
      I thank whatever gods may be,
      For my unconquerable soul,
      In the fell clutch of circumstance,
      I have not winced or cried aloud.
      Under the bludgeonings of chance
      My head is bloody, but unbowed
      Beyond this place of wrath and tears
      Looms but the Horror of the shade,
      And yet the menace of the years
      Finds, and shall find, me unafraid
      It matters not how strait the gate,
      How charged with punishments is the scroll,
      I am the master of my fate
      I am the captain of my soul.

     這位詩人雖然得到重病      卻從不向命運低頭

     反而充滿鬥志與病魔對抗   

     從他的作品中     字裡行間讓讀者深刻感受到他那驚人的意志力

     回歸到電影 "打不倒的勇者"

     曼德拉總統近30年的牢獄歲月就是靠這首詩熬過來的

     德蕾莎在那麼狹窄的空間待上一天恐怕就發瘋了吧!

     但曼德拉卻依然保有寬闊的胸襟與自由翱翔的靈魂

     真的很佩服他       也令人感動萬分

     也只有這樣的人才能領導整個國家走出非凡的格局

     藉由橄欖球來凝聚全國上下的向心力

     同時消弭了長期存在的種族歧視

     我只能說這一招真是漂亮  

     有好幾幕都讓德蕾莎的眼淚差點奪眶而出

     但我還是忍住了  

     片中一再提到 Taiwan     是否暗示了什麼?

     我想台灣的政治人物都該看這部電影好好省思一番

     我是我命運的主窄     也是我心靈的統帥
